Accessibility at EvalHero

EvalHero is working to make its public website and software usable by people with a wide range of abilities, devices, and assistive technologies. Accessibility is an ongoing product and content responsibility, not a one-time certification.

Our approach

We aim to design clear navigation, usable forms, understandable labels, keyboard-accessible controls, sufficient visual contrast, responsive layouts, and content that can be interpreted by assistive technology. New features should be reviewed in the context of the user workflows they affect, including form building, assignment, submission, approval, signatures, analytics, and administrative configuration.

Current status

Do not publish a specific WCAG conformance level until EvalHero has completed an appropriate accessibility assessment and can support the claim. The production page should distinguish between design goals, tested behavior, known limitations, and planned improvements.

Report an accessibility problem

When reporting an accessibility issue, include:

  • The page or feature
  • The action you were trying to complete
  • The assistive technology, browser, and device used, when relevant
  • What happened and what you expected
  • A screenshot or recording only when it can be shared safely

EvalHero will review reported barriers, prioritize issues based on impact and reach, and communicate available workarounds when possible.

Third-party content

Some files or services may be provided by customers or third parties. EvalHero will work to make the platform experience accessible, but the accessibility of customer-uploaded documents and external services may depend on the party that created or controls them.

Structured data

Use WebPage and BreadcrumbList. Do not add unsupported accessibility certification claims to schema.
