Analytics that lead to a next action.
EvalHero analytics are designed to help leaders understand what happened, where evidence is missing, which outcomes are changing, and what action should follow. The platform connects summary views to the underlying submissions so a chart does not become a disconnected claim.

Why organizations need a connected readiness system
EvalHero analytics are designed to help leaders understand what happened, where evidence is missing, which outcomes are changing, and what action should follow. The platform connects summary views to the underlying submissions so a chart does not become a disconnected claim.
Common problems you might be facing
- Completion dashboards create activity counts without explaining capability or risk.
- Leaders spend hours combining spreadsheets to compare forms, people, dates, locations, or skill areas.
- Aggregated results hide the specific answers and evidence that need review.

Frequently asked questions
Does EvalHero only report completion totals?
No. EvalHero supports response-level, outcome-level, skill-level, person-level, and organization-level analysis, with drill-down to the source submission where permissions allow.
Can analytics distinguish missing evidence from poor performance?
Yes. Competency views distinguish skills that have not yet been observed from skills that were evaluated and did not meet the configured standard.
Who can see analytics?
Analytics access follows the organization’s roles and permissions as well as the sensitivity of the underlying records.
Can reports be exported?
Yes. Authorized users can export a single submission as a PDF, generate analytics reports as PDF, export analytics data as CSV, and use a printable report view. EvalHero does not currently export reports directly to Microsoft Excel.
